Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Atlas: Fitness Motivation ("Atlas," "the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Service Description

Atlas is a fitness motivation application that provides daily motivational quotes, streak tracking, and a virtual mascot companion. The App is designed to inspire and encourage users in their fitness journey.

Medical & Health Disclaimer

Atlas is a motivational tool, not a medical or health application. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Content within the App is for motivational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any fitness or exercise program.

Subscriptions

Free Tier

Atlas offers a free tier that includes access to the Discipline quote category, daily streak tracking, up to 20 saved favorites, and theme customization.

Premium Subscription

Premium access is available via an auto-renewing annual subscription purchased through the Apple App Store. The subscription provides access to all quote categories, unlimited favorites, and additional features.

Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription by going to your Apple ID Settings → Subscriptions after purchase.

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be directed to Apple through the App Store or reportaproblem.apple.com.

User Responsibilities

  • Use the App only for its intended purpose of personal motivation
  • Do not redistribute, modify, or reverse-engineer the App
  • Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device

Intellectual Property

All content within Atlas — including quotes, design, mascot artwork, and branding — is the property of Loricco & Co. or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Limitation of Liability

Atlas is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Loricco & Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Atlas at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device and canceling any active subscription.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of Atlas after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
