Common Questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Atlas subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. To cancel:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Find Atlas and tap Cancel Subscription

Your premium access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

How do I restore my purchases?

If you reinstalled Atlas or switched devices, you can restore your premium access:

  1. Open Atlas
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap Restore Purchases

Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

How do I delete my data?

Atlas stores all your data locally on your device. To delete all data, simply uninstall the app from your device. If you'd like us to delete any analytics data associated with your usage, contact us at admin@loriccoandco.com.

My streak reset unexpectedly

Streaks reset if you miss a day without completing the daily check-in. Make sure to tap the daily completion button each day to keep your streak alive. If you believe your streak reset in error, contact us with details and we'll investigate.

The app is crashing or not loading

Try these steps:

  1. Force-close and reopen the app
  2. Restart your device
  3. Make sure you're running the latest version from the App Store
